This is an appeal from a trespass to try title action arising out of a lessor-lessee dispute in the context of an oil and gas lease case. The underlying issue is under what circumstances a pooling unit terminates. The trial court, based on the jurys answers to special issues, held that the unit terminated, and that as a result, so had certain leasehold interests held by Ladd Petroleum Corporation (hereinafter Ladd). Ladd raises some forty-five points of error.
